VETAssIst – Artificial Intelligence as a teaching assistant for VET teachers


Our project, funded by the Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships in VET programme (project number: 2024-1-HU01-KA220-VET-000253387), aims to promote vocational education and training (VET) by exploring the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The project aims to support VET teachers in integrating AI tools in their teaching work, such as in lesson planning or assessment, thereby improving teaching effectiveness.

The project will be implemented by teacher educator and VET research universities from four Central European countries, coordinated by our department:
Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME), project coordinator – Hungary
ITB, University of Bremen, project partner – Germany
University of Novi Sad, project partner – Serbia
University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava, project partner – Slovakia
